Processing Time

All orders are handcrafted and processed within 3–7 working days. Custom orders may require 7–14 days depending on complexity.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery across India typically takes 3–8 working days after dispatch. Delays may occur due to courier issues, festivals, public holidays or remote locations.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Tracking

Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by address errors.

Non-delivery by Courier

If a parcel is returned to us due to non-acceptance or unavailability, the customer must pay for re-shipping.
