We accept returns within 15 days of product delivery. You must contact us within this 15-day window to request a return, refund or exchange.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, unwashed and undamaged, and returned with any original packaging. Custom or personalised orders are not eligible for return or refund.
Customers must arrange and pay for return shipping. Items should be sent to the return address provided during the return approval. We recommend using a tracked courier service.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email or phone. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Payment gateway transaction fees (Razorpay, PayU) will be deducted from the refunded amount. Refund processing typically takes 5–7 working days after approval.
Exchanges follow the same conditions and return period as refunds. Customers must return the original item first; a replacement will be shipped thereafter.
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos or videos. We will resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.
